This 6" (150mm) Honesuke is handmade from stainless AEB-L steel from Sweden. The blade offers versatility and performance for a wide range of kitchen tasks. The choil and spine of the blade are rounded for comfort, and the octagonal handle is made from curly mango that has been dyed red and professionally stabilized by K&G.
