How It's Made
I have been making Jasper since untitled_co was created in 2016. Jasper starts with hand selected lumber which is precisely milled square. Grain orientation is curated and arranged to create a unique pattern. Heavy duty clamping pressure in conjunction with food-safe wood glue create an extremely durable chopping surface. All boards are sanded by hand and finished with natural good-grade oil and a beeswax topcoat.

Care & Use
Hand wash only, dry immediately and oil frequently to keep wood healthy.
