Care & Use
After using your board, immediately hand-wash it with warm or hot, soapy water. Then rinse, and always dry it thoroughly immediately after. Never put your board in the dishwasher. Never soak it, submerge it or allow standing water to sit on your board. Excessive water exposure may lead to cracking, glue joint failure and other issues, so try to keep it as clean and dry as possible. If your board starts looking worn or dried out, it may need a refresh. For this, I recommend what I use: Clark’s Cutting Board Wax (or a similar product). It can be purchased through Amazon. Just buff/rub a light coat of the wax in a circular motion with a quality paper towel, and then use a fresh paper towel to remove any excess wax. Any oily feel will dissipate over time and can be reduced the more you wipe your board with a fresh paper towel.
